What kind of support do you offer?
We provide email support for all plans, with priority support for Pro users.
What is "permanent waitlist"?
It means that once you create a waitist, it stays with you forever, so a permanent waitlist takes 1 spot from the available waitlist spots. However, waitlists with less than 10 enrollments may be deleted freeing up the spot for new one.
